Please fill out this Registration Form along with a $50 deposit and return it to the studio to secure your date.
Rent the studio and a dance teacher to teach a dance class of your choice. We have many different themes to choose from:
- BALLET
- PRINCESS
- HIP-HOP
- TRADITIONAL (limbo, twist, cha cha, and a lot more!)
- CREATE YOUR OWN THEME (Disney, Superhero, Ballerina etc.)
Party Package includes…
- 2 hours of non-stop dancing fun!
- Rental of the studio (including tables and chairs)
- Dance teacher(s), dance class, party games, choreography, studio set up and clean up
Guidelines:
- Limit is 15 children, including the birthday child
- Only 2 parents/guardians are encouraged to stay inside the studio for the duration of the party, all other parents of guests must stay in the waiting areas
- You must provide any food or drinks you wish to serve (we recommend something simple like pizza and cupcakes)
- You must also provide any decorations and 3 rectangular tablecloths. Party supplies dropped off at least 24 hours before the day/time of party
- Parties are $250 total. ($50 deposit due at submission of this form and the remaining $200 is due the day of party)
*If your birthday party needs diverge from the guidelines above, an additional fee of $50 + may be added to your bill*
Parties are typically held on Sundays from 1-3 pm, but times are flexible!
